Profile of the Institute
Hyderabad is the flagship Institution that was established in the year 1998 by Dr. L. Rathaiah, founder Chairman,
Lavu Educational Society, with the approval of AICTE and affiliated to JNTU Hyd. The College is situated in the serene,
lush green atmosphere at Deshmukhi Village, Near Ramoji Film City. The institution with its diverse and dynamic community
about 2900 students offers a distinctive combination some of the finest facilities for B.Tech and M.Tech, with different
graduates, and undergraduate programs Civil, MECH, EEE, ECE, CSE, CSE (AI & ML), AI & ML, CSE (Data Science), AI& DS,
IT and EIE. The college is affiliated to the JNTUH, accredited by the NBA and NAAC. The institute has quality infrastructure
and well equipped laboratories.
About the Department of ECE
Department of Electronics and communication Engineering was established in 1999 with an intake of 60
and in the year 2005 it had been increased to 180. The department has started post graduate courses (M. Tech)
in Embedded Systems during 2010-11 with intake of 18. Mission of the department is to impart technical education
through latest pedagogical techniques and transform students into competent, committed & creative professionals, with
abilities to address the challenges of the century for the benefit of society by imparting high quality education with human
values and to emerge as a premier center for Electronics & Communication Engineering. With rapidly evolving technology and the
continuous need for innovation the department has always produced quality professionals, holding important positions in CORE
industry in India and abroad. Department is enriched with experienced and highly qualified faculty members, infrastructure and
excellent academic and research oriented environment. Department has arranged various extramural and extension lectures of experts
from institutions of national repute and from Industry.
Scope of the Conference : ICRASTEM-2022
ICRASTEM-2022 is the International conference being organized by department of ECE, Vignan Institute of Technology and Science
Hyderabad collaboration with Science & Engineering Research Board India. The conference is aimed at bringing together the designers,
researchers and practicing engineers working in the field of science, engineering, technology and management to foster and
promote exchange of ideas on the recent advancements. The technical sessions will consist of plenary and keynote lectures,
in which both the leading experts and young researchers will present state-of-the-art reviews of rapidly-developing and exciting
areas, report the latest significant findings and developments in all the major fields of Science and Technology.
The conference will be beneficial to UG, PG student’s, research scholars, post-doc scientists and academicians.

PLAGIARISM POLICY
All submitted papers will be subjected to a “similarity test” by plagiarism software.
Papers achieving a minimum similarity index i.e., less than 30% will be examined, and those are deemed
unacceptable will be rejected /withdrawn. Authors are requested to kindly refrain from plagiarism in any form and submit their original and
unpublished research work not under consideration for publication elsewhere. As per copyright transfer agreement, authors are deemed to be
individually and collectively responsible for the content of manuscripts published by them.
PUBLICATION
The papers submitted to ICRTSETM-2022 will be peer reviewed by the competent reviewers.
All accepted, registered and presented papers will be published in Springer Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering
(Applied waiting for approval). The papers of nontrivial, unpublished and original contributions will only be accepted.
Further, based on the comments from the technical programme committee, the authors of high-quality papers will be invited to submit the
extended version of their presented work in reputed Scopus Indexed Journals. The additional publication charges if any should be borne
by the authors. The certificate of presentation will be distributed to participants.
AUTHOR GUIDELINES
- Paper should be limited to 6 pages. Any extra pages will be charged Rs 500/- per page.
- Authors should submit their papers only through the EasyChair Conference link.
- The papers which are not in the required format will be subjected to rejection without any judgment on its quality.
- Plagiarism report of the content exceeding the acceptable range will not be permitted for presentation.
- Based on the originality, innovation, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability, the papers will be peer-reviewed and evaluated.
- At least one author of an accepted paper should register for their paper to be presented/ published. The co-authors can pay the participation fee to attend the conference.
- Each paper has to be registered separately, if an author has got more than one accepted paper.
- Please note that the Conference Attendee / Listener registration fee doesn’t cover the registration kit and proceedings.
- The registration doesn’t cover accommodation, transportation, etc.
